Yes. We will be glad to send you samples for your approval prior to your placement of bulk order. 

You can send us samples by DHL or FedEx for us to make a same copy, or you can send us pictures online and explain us your ideas so that we can make samples according to your requirements.   

We will apply a charge of USD 100 per sample ordered which we require to be paid in advance. Upon placing of a bulk order, we will deduct the cost of ONE sample per 350 pcs ordered. 

Please note that the sample must correspond with the bulk order placed. Samples for which corresponding bulk orders are not placed will be charged irrespective an order placed for another style.

We has two sewing lines, one is our main bulk jeans production workshop which manufactures for orders over 350 pcs/style; and we have another small orders line which takes over orders with a minimum quantity of 100 pcs/style.

A. For a Sample(s) order : Samples will be despatched approximately 7-15 days after payment received. 

B. For a Bulk order : Orders will usually be delivered between 7-15 days of receiving the initial payment of 30% of final invoice.

A. For a Sample(s) order : EX-Works - Freight, Mail, Courier charges together with any clearing, or import duties will be to the client's account.

B. For a Bulk order : EX-Factory - Guangzhou,China - All origin and destination Freight, Forwarding and insurance charges together with any customs duties and/or formalities charges will be to the client's account.

A. For a Sample(s) order : Total amount of invoice must be remitted to our account prior to our proceeding with sampling.

B. For a Bulk order : 30% of the final invoice (with all options and cost of options agreed upon) must be remitted prior to our processing of the order. A balance 70% of the invoice must be paid prior to despatch of bulk from our factory (Ex-Works).
